Ruth has twelve years experience in customer service, including nine years in management. Ruth specializes in project management, print production, and graphic design. Ruth oversees design, fabrication, and installation of all products and services. She holds an Executive Education in Business from University of Richmond.

Martin brings a track record of excellence and small business achievements including being a spokesperson before Congress on how the SBA may further assist small business owners. Martin holds an MBA from Drexel University, an MS in Project Management from George Washington University, and an Executive Education in Business from Dartmouth College. Martin has 12 years experience in management and made his first sale at the age of five. Martin won the honor of Businessman of the Year for 2006 by the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Chamber.

Lisa Carey is the Project Manager for Signs by Saenz. Lisa has 20 years experience in the U.S. Navy, retiring at the rank of Commander. Lisa Carey has an extensive background in computers, communications, and information security. Throughout her Navy career she held numerous positions that gave her experience in anti-submarine warfare, manpower and personnel, security, and anti-terrorism. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Science in Management from Troy State.

Ed Jimenez runs the satellite operation in San Antonio, TX for Signs by Saenz. Ed comes with 31 years experience in Bell Labs Research as a Computer Scientist and 27 years in USMC Active/Reserve. Ed holds a BA in Math from University of Texas and an MS in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.

David Fisher is the Installation Coordinator for Signs by Saenz. David has 20 years service in the US Army Active and 7 years for ADT Security as a full service installer.
