As the President & CEO of Signs by Saenz, Ruth is responsible for running all facets of the business. Her experience in graphic design and production provides a unique perspective in understanding what works best in the industry.
Prior to establishing Signs by Saenz, Ruth was a manager for Sears Logistics where she directed building customer loyalty, coaching for improvement, driving down costs and increasing sales.

Martin Saenz
VP of Business Development
Martin brings a track record of excellence and small business achievements including being a spokesperson before Congress on how the SBA may further assist small business owners. Martin holds an MBA from Drexel University, an MS in Project Management from George Washington University, and an Executive Education in Business from Dartmouth College. Martin has fourteen years experience in management and made his first sale at the age of five.

field. Matt oversees Graphic Design as well as Exhibit production.

Project Manager
Lisa has twenty years of experience in the U.S. Navy, retiring at the rank of Commander. Lisa has an extensive background in computers, communications, and information security. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master's of Science in Management from Troy State. |

Alyssa has one year of experience in the exhibit & signage industry in business development and project management. Alyssa has six years of experience in retail including three years in purchasing & merchandising, two years in sales and customer service, and one year in management. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dickinson College. |
